Children have a significant amount of stress to contend with today. There are the normal struggles of the demands with school that all children have to juggle. Add to the demands and pressure of school, other factors such as sports, home life, and children can feel that there are too many things for them to deal with. The recent “new normal” that all of America and the World is facing, has toppled the average youth and their ability to balance all of their responsibilities. Children do not handle the isolation that has been our “new normal”.

I always tell my clients that there is no greater prize than the love of a child. As a parent, your heart breaks when they are hurting. sometimes we feel that life is spiraling out of control when we are unable to help our children.
