Anger is a common emotion that all of us experience at sometime. What is not common is allowing our anger to become out of control. Anger that is not control can become destructive in our personal and professional lives.
Anger management is helpful to help individuals decrease the emotions attached to anger. The purpose of anger management is to reduce the emotional and physical arousal that anger causes. While we can never completely eliminate everything in our lives to prevent from ever getting angered, we can reduce and control the majority of our triggers. There is no shame in reaching out for help. We offer day and evening appointments, in a warm and friendly environment.
Rebecca Inman Counseling maintains a high-level of standards in our practice. We work with attorneys and the legal system throughout the state of Florida. Our goal is to help our clients regain balance in their life. We help our clients to understand what is driving the behaviors attached to their anger. If you have been ordered by a judge to undergo anger management treatment and counseling, we can assist you.
